This website is operated by Byron Saunders, a licensed sales agent with Blac Property Group (ABN 14 646 191 568), 5/3 O'Loan Street, Petrie QLD 4502. This policy explains what personal information is collected through sellinghouses4503.com.au, why it is collected, and what happens to it.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What is collected

When you submit the appraisal request form, the following is collected:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• The address and suburb of the property you are asking about
• Property details you provide: bedrooms, bathrooms, car spaces, condition
• Your indicated timeframe for selling
• Confirmation that you consent to being contacted

The site also collects standard technical information through analytics and advertising tools, described under Cookies and tracking below. You are not required to submit the form to browse the site.

Why it is collected and how it is used

The information you submit is used to prepare a market appraisal for your property and to contact you about your enquiry, by phone, SMS or email. It may also be used to send you relevant local property information where you have consented to that.

Your details are not sold, and are not provided to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Who it is shared with

• Blac Property Group. As a licensed agent I work under the agency, and your enquiry may be recorded in agency systems.
• Service providers. Form delivery, email, hosting and analytics providers process data on our behalf. Some of these providers store data outside Australia.
• Where required by law, including under Queensland property legislation.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of advertising and to show ads to people who have visited the site. These tools set cookies and may collect device and browsing information.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings. Blocking cookies will not stop you using the site.

How it is stored

Enquiries are delivered to Byron's business email and phone and are held only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, or as required by law. Reasonable steps are taken to protect information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Accessing, correcting or deleting your information

You can ask to see the personal information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can also withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time. Email byron@blacpg.com.au or call 0421 822 056 and it will be actioned.
